Xbox Controller Update 2025 Firmware Update. This issue appeared right after i updated the firmware of controller through xbox accessories. An xbox gamepad (xbox series x|s, xbox one, or xbox 360).
Select “…” under the controller that you want to update. Microsoft’s firmware update is the reason.
